Successful New York Serial Killers

Very Few criminals are successful at getting away with murder.  Those criminals that do get away with murder 90% are unknown (Under the radar) to law enforcement.  The other 10% are known to law enforcement but the lack of evidence that would secure a conviction is not there.  Then you have criminals like Eldila Almonte.  Eldila Almonte orchestrated the biggest Jewelry Heist in New York State and most probably the biggest in The United States of America.

The heist netted 4 million in Diamonds, Gold, Sapphires, rubles, etc…  This robbery was by no means clean; an employee by the name of Henry Menahem was shot and killed.  The NYPD (New York City Police department) a department that prides itself and brags to the rest of the world about being the greatest police force on earth has been unable to solve this crime.
What sets this robbery apart from other major robberies in other countries is the fact that a woman was involved in the organization and implementation of the robbery.  Being a woman holds many advantages especially if you are suspected of being involved in a serious crime.  In the United States a prosecutor would have to convince a jury of 12 that a woman masterminded and successfully executed a major crime.  Finding a jury especially in New York City that has not been brain washed by the social stigma that women can do no wrong, are gentle, loving, non-violent creatures is a hefty task.  Even if a New York State prosecutor has all the evidence a jury may still decided not to convict because of the sympathy that arises when the accused is a woman.  Let’s not forget the fact that New York State is extremely liberal and saturated with Feminists.
Eldila Almonte along with her boyfriend Edmond Alma continues to make a mockery of the New York Judicial system.

The amount of money that is spent on educating law enforcement (NYPD) holds no bearing when confronted with two of the most brazenness and craftiest criminals.  On January 27th 2010, Edmond Alma (following Eldila Almonte’s Instructions) robbed the R.S. Durant Jewelry store located in the ritziest area of New York City (Between 75th & 76th Street on Madison Avenue).  While Edmond Alma robed the Jewelry Store Eldila Almonte waited in the getaway car which was several city blocks away.  Once Edmond Alma exited the jewelry store he walked calmly to 77th street and Lexington Avenue where he placed a Faberge styled egg in a garbage bin.

The NYPD would eventually find this piece of jewelry thinking that it would help them track down the killer, not realizing that it was strategically placed there in order to support Eldila Almonte and Edmond Alma’s alibi in the event they ever got caught.

These two are no strangers to robberies and murder.  They have been in the business for a very long time.  Because of their experience they have been able to look ahead and prepare for unforeseen events.  They are fully aware that a solid alibi is going to be needed if they are ever apprehended.  On February 10th 2010 Edmond Alma was apprehended by Federal agents.  Edmond was trying to sell some of the jewelry and was intercepted by the FBI.

The FBI searched Edmond’s home located at 602 west 180th street Apt 52.  They found approximately over one million in stolen jewelry, nine miller miter bullets (Same caliber that was used to kill Henry Menahem), scarf’s, sun glasses and knit cap were also located at the scene.  All of these items were important because the robber entered the jewelry store with a scarf around his face knit cap and sunglasses.  The robber was also very well dressed in order to blend in with the ritzy surroundings and not raise a red flag.  Eldila Almonte worked for a ritzy male clothing store called Thomas Pink (Located at 10 Columbus Circle near 59th street in Manhattan) and was able to provide Edmond Alma with great looking attire.

With all this evidence the NYPD and the New York Judicial system is unable to charge Edmond Alma with robbery and murder.  The reason is simple, Eldila Almonte is corroborating Edmond Alma’s alibi that they found the Jewelry on the streets and they were stupid and picked it up.  Remember the Faberge styled egg that Edmond Alma left in the garbage bin?  The NYPD found that piece of Jewelry and picked it up.  So why couldn’t have Edmond and Eldila done the same?  BAM these two have just gotten away with Murder and robbery AGAIN!  AMAZING truly Amazing!
